CENT AI is committed to providing a seamless experience for users and maintains a flexible cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be accepted only if requested within 2-3 days of booking the service. However, cancellations may not be possible if the sample collection appointment has already been scheduled or the process has been initiated.
  • Once a technician has been dispatched for sample collection, cancellations will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

  • If a cancellation request is approved before the sample collection process begins, a full refund will be issued.
  • In the event of service issues, such as failure to collect the sample due to operational errors on our part, users may be eligible for a refund or a rescheduled appointment.
  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the service experience, they must report the issue to our customer service team within 2-3 days of the scheduled sample collection. Each request will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval.
